New sales and lettings agent set for Brewood

Monday, 11 March, 2013 - Modified on Monday, 11 March, 2013 at 2:38 pm

On the 23rd March a new shop will open at 1a Church Road Brewood, to bring to the village a full Property Sales and Lettings service for our residents, with the official opening on Saturday between 10-12 noon on that day, where there will be vouchers offering opening discounts and a free drink in the Swan at Brewood for all who attend.

The new branch of Concentric Lettings will be headed by Karen Mills and her team. Karen with over 2 decades of experience in the industry of Sales, Lettings and property Acquisition for investors, right across the Midlands area has a lot to offer and is backed by her extensive property management and accounts team at head office to offer around the clock support.

Already trading in the Cannock and surrounding area, the branch has already a network of satisfied landlords and tenants, as well as property investors under its belt, but was limited by the travelling distance from the Head Office location of Wolverhampton centre, so decided to relocate to Brewood for ease of access to Cannock and to also offer a full “Village Service” to the village of Brewood that is desperately needed for its local property investors and vendors/landlords alike.

Karen is looking forward to working with villagers and local businesses, to offer a place to come and discuss all things property, whether it be looking for a place to buy, rent or sell, she certainly has the experience to service them all.

Karen is a local girl and has over the last 2 decades and through 2 recessions, worked at area manager level of some of the large corporate estate agencies, worked as Lettings and Property management director too, until setting up and heading the Concentric Lettings Franchise operation alongside Sally Lawson, working with new business people, helping them to set up and become letting agents in their own local town, but being at the coal face is where Karen’s real heart is.

Karen says “I love the village of Brewood, it has such a sense of community, you can buy everything you want from the village, from the local businesses, here, there is so much going on here too with live music most weeks and all the clubs, cinemas nights etc, I thought it such a shame, that for property services, we have to go to the adjacent county and into Wolverhampton to get the right level of service. At Concentric our whole brand is based on quality of service and many of our branches don’t advertise, they work on word of mouth recommendation and referrals to grow, which we believe is the best method and I’m really looking forward to becoming part of and working with the community”.

The Village Sales and Letting Agent has its official opening on Saturday between 10-12 noon, there will discount vouchers off letting and sales services, given away to attendees, as well as  nibbles provided by local caterers “The Mess”. There will also be a voucher for “A free Drink at the Swan” for all who attend, if that doesn’t tempt you then I don’t know what will!
